Who am I

Hello, I am Ahmed Ismail. My objective is to be Wet Utilities Design Professional Engineer where I can use my educational, technical, practical, interpersonal communication skills and learned knowledge properly.

My Vision

Seeking a dynamic and a challenging opportunity in a growing environment where I can learn best practices, gain experiences, nominated as Wet utilities design engineer.

Hydraulics modeling

Hydraulics modeler for infrastructure wet utilities networks (Potable Water, Sewer, Stormwater Drainage, Irrigation, and firefighting), fluent use of simulation software for pressurized and gravity water systems.

Typical Duties

As an Infrastructure Wet Utilities Design Engineer – with 12 years’ experience, typical duties include but not limited preparation of concept, and detailed design report together with tender and contract documents which also includes preparation of engineering calculations, plans, design, technical report, design drawings layout, and project specifications. Preparation of utilities service reservation corridors. Coordination of infrastructure design services (Potable Water, Sewer, Drainage, Electricity, Irrigation…etc.) in large scale projects.

Stormwater Drainage System in The Jebel Ali and Developers Areas

Phase one is under construction, Phase 2&3 are under tender, other phases are in detail design.

The project area is located at the southern part of the Emirate of Dubai. The project area covers about 26 communities and more than 65 developments. The total coverage area of the project is approximately 50,000 Hectares, which is almost 40% of the entire existing and future urban area of Dubai up to Emirates Road.

The project is divided into Phases: Phase 1 to 5 are under construction, and the other phases are under detail design.

The Project area is 2,281 Hectares and located Bur Dubai. The Project Area is bounded by Dubai canal from its western side and Sheikh Rashid from its eastern side, while Arabian Gulf’s shore line is parallel to its northern side and Burj Khalifa and Zabeel Second from its southern side.

The Project area is about 800 Hectares and located in Saih Al Salam community. The Project Area located at the Palace entrance along Al-Establat Street, Saih Al Salam Road, and the adjacent cycle track. Study and design drainage solutions to eliminate water surface ponding.

The project is under detail design.

This project provide adequately sized Link sewer connections to existing sewerage networks, decommissioning of subsidiary pumping stations (PS-S20,PS-S21,PS-S27), within the Al Quoz area. Lifting Pump Station (LPS-S) is proposed at Terminal Point of deep link sewer near PS-S.
